Fit Club is an all Inclusive Monthly Subscription Plan:

Personalized workouts that meet you where you are then progress to get you where you want to be, all in our user-friendly fitness app!

A non-restrictive nutrition plan that is easy to follow, and doesn’t leave you starving!

Monthly 1:1 Zoom meetings to make sure you are feeling supported and connected!

Monthly Group Zoom meetings with other Fit Club members to support each other in our journeys and foster our community.

Joy's Transformation

"Hi, I’m Joy, a working wife, mom and grandma with a busy schedule. I had recently gone to the doctor for my 6-month checkup and my fasting results and weight were eye-opening! I needed help and had little support from my doctor. I saw that Coach Angelena was having a 2 evening seminar and signed up. It hit me then, I needed Coach Angelena and FitClub….and NOW! I needed to put myself and my health first; it was time to start!


Before starting, I struggled with weight and stress management. I had a hysterectomy in 2021 which put me into complete menopause at an earlier age than most women. I was lost, let myself go and had no motivation for 3 years.  With a new grand baby in 2024, I realized how much I needed to get my act together and be healthy not only for her and my family but for ME! I had no choice, no other options! My goal was to get active again, lose weight and inches, reduce my stress and BE HAPPY again with me. 


I participate in personalized training sessions and follow a nutrition plan tailored to my needs. All within very management tasks and easy to follow. I love it!  Coach Angelena is incredibly supportive, holds me accountable, and created a plan that fits my hectic schedule. I’m so excited to share that I’ve lost weight, several inches and feel so much stronger. I have more energy throughout the day, sleep better, follow my nutrition plan and feel healthier overall. I’ve gained confidence, developed a more positive attitude and found ways to manage my stress levels with meditation.The improved energy levels have made it easier to balance work, family, and my personal time. I’ve embraced meal tracking and it’s helped me to understand my macros, stay within my daily allowance while still enjoying my favorite foods and some special treats!

Lynn's Transformation

"In late 2019, I underwent two major surgeries and gained 30 extra pounds during my recovery. As a result, I had to completely adjust my workout routine. In February 2021, I decided to join Noom. Despite having years of experience in fitness and personal training, I knew that Noom was a temporary solution, not a sustainable lifestyle.

​

In May 2021, I received an invitation to join the Level Up Fitness group on Facebook, led by coach Angelena. They were starting an Abs challenge that month, which I thought would complement my existing regimen. After completing the challenge, I had a conversation with Angelena, during which I discovered that she could offer assistance with both nutrition and programming. I appreciate that her approach doesn't rely on trendy diets or simply monitoring calories in versus calories out. I soon realized that I wasn't consuming enough food and that my macronutrient balance, especially my sodium intake, was not ideal. Despite having gone on several vacations and celebrating holidays during this time, I managed to shed over a dozen inches and a few pounds.

​

In November 2023, I received news that I had to undergo another ACDF surgery to fuse the level above making it three levels in total. The second surgery came with added exercises I cannot do.  This recovery and rebuilding process had been a little slower than I would like due to added responsibilities both personally and professionally but Angelena doesn't waiver in her commitment to me even when the commitment to myself waivers.  I'm looking forward to finishing out 2024 strong and building a foundation that is sustainable for me."
